New house!

We have officially bought the new house! And, poor Redfin thinks we own two beautiful houses.

So, I corrected it for them:

Huge thanks to our realtor Corey who has now helped our family buy 3 homes in the area (two for us, one for Tom and Debbie). We told Corey today our hope is that we NEVER have to call him again, haha. But if you know anyone who does, he’s great and buying with Redfin is super easy – we’ve now done it four times.

We still won’t move in for a couple months, but it’s such a relief to have things lining up. Thanks for sending all the good luck vibes our way. We needed them, and we’re feeling good about squeezing this purchase in before rates went up, prices started to inflate too much, etc.

Now…to buy all the things that go inside!! 💸
